Having two breeding caves is way more valuable then simply twice the value of having one breeding cave. I don't know if there is anyone who wouldn't buy a third if they had the option.

Exactly. I do think that BFS resorted to a bit of hyperbole by calling it the "Epic" breeding island. That implies that it would be more powerful in producing hard to get desirable dragons - which hasn't proven to be the case for any of us. First rule in sales: don't over-promise, even by implying. It only leads to the customer being disappointed. Fortunately, in this case, it's valuable simply to have multiple breeding venues. I'd buy another in an instant, even if they called it the "Awesome" breeding cave. With Airs and Sandies the ROI is immediate.

And doesn't it take a long time to reorganise from 4 Islands to 5?! It took me most of last night just to get my landing screen right and make sure it had the same sort of impact on an iPad or iPhone.

I'm working on a Blue/Red/Green/Yellow Island motif, but it's obviously going to take me quite some time to get it right and I reckon we'll be in disarray for the next few days at least.

Ive tried those multiple times without any luck but i guess i keep trying thanks anyway though, and when I was trying to get my first panlong dragon I was breeding fog and lava both level 10 and instead I got a rainbow dragon from it,my second one I got from firefly and seaweed both level 10. The firefly+seaweed one I got on my 5 or 6th try although I know blue fire and crystal also works

Lvl 10 Fog and lvl 4 lava worked for me for one and my son has had 2 from that combo, give it a try x x x

OMG!!!! I just got a 36hr breed on my EBI then my cave produced a Bluefire egg with a love/cold combo and if that wasn't exciting enough I then decided to swap the combo and put cold/love in the cave and got a 48hr!!!!!!

This is the best DV day ever for me! YAY

I actually just got another 48 hr breed from love/cold, I'm thinking may be another (third) moon, but that combo yields rainbow or sun sometimes too I think - fingers crossed for a second rainbow.

So it seems thAt a few of you guys and gals have agreed with me and has experienced the same thing as I am. But then this leads me to question something. Was the EBI created for us to waste gems on? Probably not, but there is a possibility. I have tried combos that worked in the breeding cave on ebi, and they didn't work. So was the EBI really worth the gems?

I think it was as it doubles the breeding capability...

Gosh Tiffany, I'm no good at this. I always make the wrong decision and then they put out a update that makes the decision I made a complete waste of everything. I plan on doing mine too but nice and slow. The one thing I like about doing the panlongs is I have time to get food to feed it up to level 15...no wait. If I used shorter one's I'd always be waiting for food. I haven't got any farther with mine than that lol....and now I'm on break saving for the 6th island. I was up 3 times in the middle of the night collecting cash and starting sandstorms and fire/water again. Ugh. Hahaha

Me too. I think ive got 12million at the moment. A little ways to go yet

Yes defo worth it as it's a second breeding spot imagine if a new dragon comes out and you've got a 48 HR in your one cave you will have to wait 2 days to have a crack at the new dragon .......... Well that's my opinion lmao but I suppose it all depends on how patient you are I personally would pay twice tat amount of gems to get a third breeding island lol x x x

One thing I learned with this game is not to make any long-term plans. As soon as I think I have figured it all out, out comes the next update and wouldn't you know it it messes with everything.

With that in mind I actually decided this morning not to level up any dragons for a while, but rather save my money. I don't want to be caught broke if the next update calls for major cash. And if it doesn't I can do a mass level up which will feel pretty good, I assume

With that said, level up the high level dragons you already have, and don't worry about breeding more until we get the update. You put so much food into your existing dragons already (even if you only need them to count towards one element) that taking them up to level 15 makes more sense than breeding new ones that fit better.

Oh ive done that. All the dragons i plan on keeping are level 15. Not doing any breeding yet. Saving for my last island instead just wanted to get peoples thoughts. Thanks ilUli
