Yay yay hooray! Just speeded up (sped up?) an EBI breed going on, and sure enough, it turns out to be my first panlong!! And, silly thing is, I didn't even realize it was a 36 hour breed until about 12 hours into it! Anyway. Maybe it happened because I decided to sell a plant habitat (much as I think they're nearly the prettiest) and buy another earth habitat, b/c it appears to me, browsing everyone else's parks, that that's where the panlongs especially like to live. Now I can buy some oriental decorations! (I'd held off until I had something to match them to, haha)

So, am I the only one who is baffled at how ridiculous a reward we are given for attaining the goal of building a whatever shrine? I just finished building my water shrine, and the reward box came up to congratulate me. It gave me 2,500 food. Seriously? 2,500? How far toward the silver level of that shrine does that get me? Two feedings for a level ten dragon? Eesh.

P.S., funny fact: my iPad's auto-correct corrects the word 'Eesh' into 'Eyeshadow.' Which is, like, totally what I meant. Eesh.

Enjoy those eesh rewards, as you move up levels, you no longer get rewards. How much do you think the wizard give me when I purchased the 5 mil. island?

Poppy, your OCDefect Island looks great. My favorite part is the four Panlongs splashing in the pond. Why? Because when I get a party hat on that habitat, all four of them, in unison, do the Stompy Stompy Dragon Dance (yes, that's what it's called, the Stompy Stompy Dragon Dance - SSDD. That's the official name. Even the Rainbows do the SSDD). It's like they've been practicing or something. Eyeshadow!

Yay! Congrats! :thumbs: Lol too funny on the decorations! Hope you get another soon if you want one...maybe put that same pair back in or that panlong ith a low level plant? I like my plant habitat too! I got down to one but decided I would not get rid of it.

You mean the 50M island? Yeah, prolly nothing. That's what I mean - at the beginning of the game there's tons of goals, which is kind of fun. Then you eventually get all the different dragons, and nothing, really. They should make goals like getting all of one kind of a particular habitat or something, or maybe season-related goals involving whatever special dragon and decorations are for that season, like the love dragon and the beds of roses. I dunno. Would definitely help the higher-level wizards to have something other than the DV Shrine Grind going. Meow.

Right! It is just not right on the shrines! Wonder what we get for a gold.

Lol I have auto correct off because of stuff like that. I'm always hitting wrong buttons but you can usually make out what I'm saying lol

I just bought the 5th island and nada for it. I agree with everything you said. The thought of going for gold shrines right now is mind boggling and I'm on a break from the shrine grind lol!

Does anyone have a layout? I tried to search thread. Something like what habitats to utilize with what boost on what island to get
Max return on income. I know blue fire and frost re great and panning for earth but did someone create a layout already. Obvious there is a way o maximize this but I dont have time to calculate I out.

Panlongs are great in an Earth Habitat with a Fire and Water Boost.
Frost/Bluefires are great in a Cold Habitat with a Cold Boost.
Quakes are great in an Earth Habitat with an Earth and Lightning Boost.
Storms are great in a Cold Habitat with a Cold and Lightning Boost.

The other Habitats aren't worth worrying about too much because they don't hold that much, but

Swamps are great in a Water Habitat with a Water and Plant Boost.
Loves are great in a Fire Habitat with a Plant, Lightning AND Fire Boost.

That's the large capacity habitats with the top earners in them. GL!

Welcome! I got both my frostfire with a cold and scorch, both level 10. Also palings from mud and blazing again both level 10. I had to try almost 50 times with the same pair before I got one then the second came easy. Hope this helps!
