Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Two factors brought me to my present situation:
- i did level up in line, meaning bringing all dragons to the same level after level 11. This resulted in a huge bunch of level 13.5 and 14. I have only a few below level 13. That way it is "quicker" to bring them to level 15.
- i only bring straight to level 15 dragons with a high return like panlongs
- i am at home and can collect very often and thus, even a plant habitat which brings only 500 is worth keeping
- i still could buy 2 more habitats in fact
- usually, i can level 2 maybe 3 dragons from level 14 to 15 a day



Lol it is more then 2 factors

I work in a very similar way, leveled all of mine up to 13 and then to 14 or 15 from there. Highest earners in largest capacity habitats get priority. But I don't have anywhere near 48 level 15 dragons yet. maybe half that.

ETA: I believe I probably repalced too many low earners that were already at level 13 with higher earners (talking about the flue fire and frostfires in particular). But in the end I will need to pull the low earners back out of the HC to complete the shrines, so it should be ok.

Uh-oh! I accidentally put dragon fruit instead of sarjin pepper in my speed-treat farm. Ugh! Now I have to wait for 3 hours until one of the other ones becomes available. Thats what happens when you're on the forum on the PC and on DV at the same time

I did that through the week but I had about 12 hours to wait. I wasn't prepared to waste the gems so I waited. Impatiently!

In fact it is not a bad thing, obliges you to collect a big amount in cahs during that time and then you can play big spender. A greart feeling!

Meanwhile the dragon that I was going to level up is laughing his bum off because he doesn't have to work as hard to make me more cash

is t possible to make a water dragon because im on my tenth stormnow trying to.. also i noticed from this thread there used to be a bone dragon. what other ones are no longer available?

Bone and raindeer dragon are the two u cant breed anymore also the one noone.really new about bc it was a secret dragon was the ghost dragon

Wow that's amazing. I have 4 love dragons on one habitat 3 lv 10 which make 132 coins a min and the one 15 at 195 coins a min. I sit there watching the coin meter go up. It's goes up like a stop watch. I can't imagin what it would be like if all 4 where at lv 20!

Well a lvl 20 love with only a lightning boost makes me 180 coins a min but with all 3 boost it makes 259

Level 20 Calculations

I don't know if you have given it any thought, but as level 20 dragons are referenced to in posts here, I took a moment and did some calculations on what is involved to get a dragon to that level.

Level 20

15-16 = 81,920 x 4 = 327,680 treats (amt req to move from level 1 to 15!)
16-17 = 163,840 x 4 = 655,360
17-18 = *327,680 x 4 = 1,310,720
18-19 = 655,360 x 4 = 2,621,440
19-20 = 1,310,720 x 4 = 5,242,880

Total = 10,158,080

Errata:
0 Requires $507,904,000 in gold coins
0 10,158,080 treats would move 31 dragons from level 1 to level 15

I don't know about you, but I simply can't relate. I considered bringing one dragon to level 20 to be King/Queen of the park, but even with my boost turned to maximum on my Turbo Production, it would take me at least a week. I'd rather use the money to move 31 dragons to level 15.

It's a matter of priorities I guess, but those numbers are so huge that only a certain type of player seems to relate to them. . With such lofty goals, I think the game developer might be experiencing unexpected consequences.

Just my two cents. I'll stay blue collar and keep grinding.

This scares me LOL. I will stick to getting my last 2 shrines to silver and trying for another frost fire and making money and growing food for the last 2 shrines. Kudos to everyone who has made it to golds!
