I know that feeling when you're so sure you finally got what you're after...only you didn't get it. And when you wasted gems on it it hurts even more. Which combo did you use and why don't you have any other choice? How many moons do you have? If this was only your second then it's not that bad. Of course, if, like me, you already have a boatload of them, then, yea, it stinks!

I used lvl 4 cold and lvl 4 scorch, I feel like I might get it if I keep trying. Right now I have 5. 5! I don't need another moon if any thing I want yo give them away. I hate selling pretty dragons but I don't think I have a choice I'm out of habitats lol

That is okay, we all been there. A little of hope, Fetch (?) who started posting within a week and yesterday did a shout out he finally got all three rares. It will happen. My sandie came from level 10 pan and air. It will happen. Happy breeding.

Keep them until you get your sun. They generate the same coins and when you do get your sun, sell it then. It only takes few hours for the habitat to build. It's not like a large earth habitat that takes 24 hrs. Unless you need the coins, than sell it.

Haha, I just remembered the first time, way back in September, when I first clicked on a party hat and it disappeared. I was so afraid I had stolen something from somebody that I wouldn't touch them for like a week when I finally found out it is ok.

Somebody else probably answered already but in any case, the hats are there for you to collect. They are a way to entice you to visit your friends' parks and make some money. Your friends don't even know they are there (i mean they dont actually see the hats on their islands) or that you collected them. Go for it, collect away

I think it would be nice to know who has visited your island or who is currently looking would be fun!

I finally got my first Gold Shrine. Phew... Sure wasn't easy.

Would have loved to pop a champagne to celebrate if not for the fact that I need to lift my arse outta bed now and get ready for work. Urrghh...

but why not simply use air/air or air/sand if you want the coins. Air is easy to get.

I got my first one with huge difficulties weeks after it came out. Gotta have one of everything, right? I know, 2 of everything because then you can breed them. But Sandstorm really isn't worth it. Then they came our with the update where you got the goal/achievement/whatever and of course I had to have that. Getting the second Sandstorm was even worse than the first. And to be honest, I still don't think it's worth it. Both of mine are now banished to the depths of the HC.

I usually have air in one cave sands in the other...

In my visiting friend islands, I just have to comment on two. IlUlI and MJ. Your islands are amazingly beautiful. It's clearly you had spent a lot of time and thought in your design. Poppy they would make you proud incorporating your coin factory. I know IlUli you wanted another sun, but you also needed that last moon to finish your design. I believe unanswer wishes are best gift from god.

Segbert, whats ur gc id? Im not sure if i have u as a friend yet? I wanna come check our ur islands

You have no idea how jealous i am of you right now! Im sorry you didn't get a moon. if we could i Would love to send you my moon in a heart beat i have five to many lol.What combo did you use?

Sonic and storm... I used that and got my moon so I thought I had one again. But got the sun.. Do not get me wrong I am glad to have it. I any have one so I am very happy to have 2....

Right, at least I want the 36 gems back that I used to send the egg straight to the nursery. I didn't want to prevent the parents from doing their day job.

Mental suffering...that's just about right

ETA: the next couple is finished breeding and I can't put the egg in the nursery. I asked the support lady if I could hatch the finished eggs but haven't heard back. Will wait.

Go in thinking more than negotiate down. Keep in mind you are their poster member, they are going to be so impress with your island.
