Not sure whether to save up for 5th island or spend money on food for shrines. What do you guys think

What's the benefit of that fifth island. Yes you will have more room, but we are limited in getting more habitats. Xps, yes, but we also get that by raising food too. Am I missing something on the benefit of getting the fifth island? How much is the fifth island?

Hey Frenzzz, got 3 Loves and a Panlong over the weekend
Still hunting for the elusive Rainbow and a second Panlong..

Forgot to add, got 2 loves from Lightning x Flower and the 3rd one from Flower x Storm..

I thought this was a Dv tips forum, not a books and baby discussion.
A comment from a disgruntled granny who is tired of going through so many pagesof comments not associated with DV.
isn't there some way you can talk to each other off this list.

I agree....I don't mean to be rude or anything but this is supposed to be a Place to get information on DV and there is so much other stuff going on that isn't related that I don't want to bother sifting through it all looking for good info.....

I'm sorry but there is a time an a place for all conversations and I think the place for these conversations would be the off-topic thread

Good that you ppl share about ur kids as u r raising dragons as well..
But, already this thread has got a huge number of pages, better if you frenz keep it to a minimum..

I felt that the shrines are such a long term goal that I will always go for a new island as soon as I can. I got my shrines to silver in the course of ordinary breeding but even though I have a few rares and panlongs to make money for me it will take years to get shrines to gold. Depending on what unwanted eggs I can sell it takes me up to two days to earn enough food to take one dragon from level 14 to 15. Also I love the excitement of summoning a new island and being able to move things around while waiting for yet another unwanted long breeding/hatching to finish!

I don't picture me going for the gold shrines, too much obsessing over the money aspect of the game plus it's sad to have to sell so many dragons! I'm just finishing the silver shrines then I'll slowly get some to level 15 and stop there. I like breeding them and decorating. After my last two shrines are silver I'll start saving for island 4 and I'm going to copy Poppy and make it all babies!

It would be nice if the value of your dragons increased with the level of the dragon. A million dollar dragon should be worth at least 2 million if leveled to 15, just sayin...

Me too. Can't imagine life without books. Don't fancy kindle I like paper. Won't break I'd you sit on it. Won't hurt either ;-)
Friend says useful for travelling though especially be plane as its lightweight. She bought cover so it handles like a book. Go figure. Lmao

Ooo but those nasty paper cuts and pages fluttering shut when you let go of your paper book is so frustrating. Giggle. They otta make one of those awful commercials that make reading an old fashioned book look simply impossible. I like both but mostly use kindle now. Saves room in luggage when traveling too.

Let me know if my thought is crazy:

If I breed panlong and love up to levels 15 then 20 that's better than doing mix breeds with two elements? right or no? And my better I mean quicker.

The problem there is the 1 dragon you haven't done is Cold, and they take 12 hours to breed. If you bred Storm, that would take care of Cold and Lightning at 5 hours a pop, leaving you with plant, and they take just 15 seconds.
