Corey, you've given TONS of great advise here, but this time you're wrong. You can give the same person a gem every day, you just need to wait 24 hours (and maybe a couple of minutes?) between gifting. If the name is still blacked out after that period you need to completely shut down your game (hold home button...hold DV icon until minus sign pops up...tap DV icon again) When you open up your game again the name should be available.

I have one friend who gifts me almost daily and I return as soon as I can. Sometimes, when I don't get many gems, I return gems 2 days in a row too.

Really? Hmm then I think my game might be glitched haha >.<

For some reason I can only give one person a gem every 2 days. Sorry guys. I really didn't mean to give the wrong info.

Yup! don't get mad! it's easy enough to miss a name in all those I got so many too I'm looking for ages to send the gems I'm just lucky you are about 16 spaces from the top so it was easy to check for you lol x also I got you down on my list for a gem in 2 days and again in 7 days so just leave me till then lol x thanks btw

Do you have 12 names blacked out now? If so, try shutting down the game properly and see what happens. It would be a shame if it didn't work for you

I will know in approx 47 hrs if my fog/lava is a rainbow...suspecting it is.
