In fact, as I've mentioned to GT500Girl, I have also been known to get on DragonVale in the middle of the night if my kids wake me up (why let more coin go to waste if I am awake already? hehe) but then I also tend to get caught up and end up staying on much longer than I should...and then keeping myself awake thinking about what I'm going to do on the game in the morning etcOh dear, my addiction is showing isn't it?!!!

OMG, I just almost peed myself laughing over that one because that is EXACTLY what happened to me last night for EXACTLY the same reason! I also got grumbled at this morning for having my phone beep every 2 hours when my air dragons finished breeding! I figure if I sleep through then I won't worry about them but if I hear the beep then I'll just (casually) check in on the game and do the cash grab and next round of breeding - this also helps with making sure I don't get the 'and others' message when I wake up in the morning. My latest craziness was to split my party hat collection into a 7am and 9pm collection so that it wasn't such a big task in one go. I even went around and collected them in a certain order, which I noted, so next time I could go in and do the same order and not wait around in case the clock hadn't quite ticked over. I then made a one page 7am document (with 7 columns to cover the week) of each persons name so I can cross them off when I've visited - same applies to the 9pm list - and placed them in an easy to use folder. Seems a bit over the top but I guarantee it has cut down my party hat collection time quite surprisingly. If only GC would leave the names in the same order! Nah, my man shouldn't think I'm obsessedPerfect sense! No craziness here, I swear *twitch*

So, thankfully the PC is working again (in fact we dont even really know what the problem was as the error message didn't actually seem to fit - hmm, yes, that's probably MORE worrying) and so I'm back. Won't have as much time as I would have yesterday though, unfortunately, as both kids are at home/underfoot, hehe. I sincerely doubt I'll have time to go back and read/reply to all the posts I've missed so I apologise if I've missed or overlooked anything directly addressed to me. Please feel free to PM me if there's something you want to bring specifically to my attention.
Unfortunately I've had the "and others" gem message again this morning so please do let me know if you've sent me a gem recently. I haven't actually been able to find anyone I've missed so far as the only people who got back to me were ones I, thankfully, already had listed.
Finally bought my 5th island last night so it was ready and waiting for me this morning. Have done some minor clearing but have already moved a fair bit of stuff over (just placed randomly for now) so I can work on my 'colosseum island' first. I was reasonably happy with all of my islands before this (though maybe less happy with my 4th) but, of course, I decided I wanted to do another MAJOR reshuffle. Then there's the fact that because I am on an iPhone it will be a particularly long, fiddly and physically painful (last time my shoulder and wrist were sore for days!) exercise but I've got the 'bug' and therefore I NEED to do it!
I'm currently playing with my colosseum placement on an otherwise empty island and deciding which way fits better with the overall look I am going for...*sigh* methinks it's going to be a LONG process, haha.
