Guys... Im still no bluefire, n moon..... Can u guys suggest whats combos that i need to try?

Do most people try to collect all of the dragons or just the ones that might get you the rares. At L14 I am having issues fitting all of them in habitats. I upgraded all I could to Large but I dont think I will have enough for more.

I hear that! I started playing Dragonvale because my Modern War timers were getting so long (days at a time). Now I have a 24 hour breeding, a 8 hour breeding and MW timers at 48-112 hours. I may need a third game!

Hope so. Thats where most of my XP comes from, other then food. But am currently building some more habitats, to make more money so i can buy the 5th island. Its worth 50,000,000! Hope its worth it!! They really need to upgrade the current habitats to hold more coin. Im sick of having to pop into the vale every half hour or so to make coin. Rather frustrating

What 5th island are u talking about I have the new update and I have 3 islands and the epic breeding island and I can only buy island #4 or do u get the 5th one after u buy the 4th one?

Well if they ever make it to where u can like make an agreement with a friend to trade for dragons I'd trade u one bc I have two an I can just breed another one. I try to get 2 of each holiday one so I can breed them

Yes, I was pretty surprised to get it now - I was assuming my rare luck would drop back to normal (= BAD) with the new update, haha. I'm just going to keep trying for at least a second Moon and Rainbow for now and keep using the randoms for my shrines or sell them for the coin. I can't bring myself to make the shrines my priority when they aren't really going to help me at all because I don't really plan to level mine up any further for now. I'll probably try for a second Bluefire and a second Sandstorm to meet the goals sometime soon too (when/if I get sick of trying for the rares, hehe).

Lol well your luck is still going strong it looks like! I'm going crazy right now trying to decide if I should try to complete the water/air shrine dragons to level 15 and go for the gold on them. I don't know what to do. I think I can build 3 more shrines. Decisions, decisions. What a pain!

haha, the only person I know who actually HAS the 50mill island is Brooklyn! And I'd say he is almost certainly the 1% of DragonVale.

Yep, I looked at the new island and sighed when I thought about it. But I made a start and have finished....kinda, I thinki need to renovate. But it's done and I don't have a blank slate anymore so that helps too. Just start, anywhere with anything...it's much easier than strain at a rock!

Lol yeh, your right! I think I might throw the treat farms over on the 50 mil island and start there. Maybe start moving my water habitats over to the 4th island since I built one on there yesterday to work on those two shrines...ok thanks! I have a starting plan now! :thumbs:

Aha, okay thanks. I know I'll see tomorrow but I was really curious. I was kinda hoping the gems would stick around cos they look so pretty but the tree is still nice by itself (though really, if you gift them the normal way I dont see why they need to disappear).

I wish they would stay there too. The good thing is you know when you can give them out instead of having to hit th friends tab. I'm gonna try to just give a couple out today at first then go look at the tree and see if it is counting them down and if some actually stay on the tree if not used. Then I'll give the rest out.

I can see that happening a lot more often as more players get that tree and can give 6 gems. Bummer it wasn't fixed
