Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Haven't been on DV for a bit and just saw the new love dragon. Bred Scorch and Flower first time and got five a five hour breed time. Couldn't wait so used gems and yes it looks like I have a love dragon in my hatchery. So repeated same combo and got another five hour breeding time, woohoo. Now I just need to get those elusive Rainbow, Moon, Frostfire and Panlong, sigh

I got mine from flower and firefly. My flower and scorch gave me a poison.

I am having some real problems breeding the panlong. I have been only trying mud+blazing and fog+lava. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I used mud 4 and blazing 10, it took me about 30 attempts, I'm still trying for a second.

I think the two most common ways to get Rainbow are seaweed/firefly and blue fire/crystal. I admit I have slacked on writing down the latest combos that have worked. Mine both came from seaweed/firefly gene theory.

Here are the combos I have written down for moon. I have had 3 moons from scorch/snow and 1 from sandstorm/storm.

Scorch/snow
Mud/storm
Sonic/storm
Quake/storm
Ice/quake
Seaweed/storm
Swamp/storm
Sandstorm/storm
Blue fire/crystal

Blue fire/crystal is the most popular for getting all 3 hard to get rares but you can end up with a lot of 24 hrs (crystal) from this combo so be warned. I also think when breeding the order in which they are placed matters. But if it's not working for you switch the order.

I had the same problem, trying switching to blazing x mud And I got my second.

Try scorch x snow, I have 3 from this combo.

Is anyone else having any problems with their gem tree the time mine are coming in is getting later and later it seems I'm waiting around 26 hrs sometimes it's 12 pm now I'm sure I sent them at 10 pm yesterday x

Your welcome! Well they look great! I never seem happy with mine. Just when I get them how I like them BFS gives us something major and I have to do a reshufle with too much so I just cram or do part of it lol

I got a question about the shrines. I am buying plant egg constantly to get my fhidy of those for plant shrine, what is fastest way for other shrines. Oh btw thanks for accepting my req Bird, I have so many people on my list are non givers of the mighty gem. Now that I have the tree I give as I get, but am on a gem drought atm for which I have not a clue. Bird what is you gc name can't find you lol

Depending on how many posts you have per pge, depends on what number page you're looking for. In your settings you can change the number of posts from between 10 per page, to i think 48 per page.

I'm trying to get caught up on the forum but wanted to post this in case they loosened up on sandstorm with the last update. I tried for my 2nd sandstorm today finally. I was actually shocked I got it 2nd try with level 10 air on left and level 4 mud on right EBI.
