Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

No luck on several tries breeding the new dragon so I broke down and bought one Will keep trying to breed tho.

I was thinking about something Poppy said the other day about spending $1.99 to $4.99 on - I think it was food, and I thought he meant "each day" - which rather made me gasp - but then I thought, well, it's really no different than spending similar on coffee or breakfast on the run every day - and a lot more satisfying, haha!

That was for the 1-hour Air/Sandstorm breeding cycle which generates more gold coins than the CGCF. You could do a 2-hour cycle for probably a dollar a day or less. Really picks up the pace of the game when you have a few gems in your pocket.

Hmmm, level 11 Flower with level 10 Lightning = 5 hours!

Wow, my first Rainbow today and now a possible Love in the EBI...

If there were to be another 'secret' dragon with the new release, should be a chunky fuzzy groundhog type dragon! (earth/plant/water, like a furry Mud dragon)
Guess that would be a bit silly, but cute tho'...

Aww, what a disappointment. I know that feeling well, when you're almost afraid to look at the egg. Only I've been swamped in moons while trying to get a sun. I hope you get your moon soon.

Ya. That was my first disappointment. But my recent 48 hour gave me a moon with the same combo : scorch/storm

So my birthday is coming up (Sunday) and hubby's been paying real close attention to me dropping hints about what I want as a gift. Poor guy may have to start scrambling now, because my rainbow egg is cooking with only a few hours to go before I can speed it up, I got my love dragons first and second try (that was easy) and I just put fire and storm on the EBI for the 3rd time and got another 48 hr breeding time. I will not touch this one until Sunday morning. A Sun dragon would be a lovely bday present

My recent 48hours has given me a moon dragon!! Yeah!!!

Now waiting for my 5hours to hatch.. Hope it's a Lurvvvvv dragon

Well, I got my first love right off, last night (named her after my wife), put her in a secret hab (look at my islands, see if you can find her flying around). This morning, got another 5h from Lightning and Flower in the cave, and got a 36h in the EBI! Wow! Also have Island four on its way. Neat!

Okay, had to speed up my 48 hour...it is a Rainbow!!! Finally!!
Panlong and Reindeer really worked this time!

Now trying for the Love dragon, figured the best combo would be Lightning/Poison, but got 3 hours from it...

Oh well, back to the laboratory...
