Yayy finally got my fifth island ( couldn't wait another 6 hrs so gemmed it lol) I'm a really impatient person but I'll regret that later when I want to speed up yet another 2 lavas in my breeding caves GRRRRRRRRR I HATE LAVAS ............. :O ooops had a hulk moment there ( it was on TV today lol)

I was wondering if upgrading the plant shrine is worth it? Because plant habitats only give 500 cash? Any opinions? By the way hope everyone is doing swell today. Been trying for the rainbow and sandstorm with no avail. Does anyone have breeding pairs for sandstorm?

It took me ages to get Sandstorm, and it was the main reason I started keeping records of pairing. Got it my second try after starting my spreadsheet, lol. Mud - 10 left, Air - 7 right.

And upgrading the plant shrine, like the plant boost, is really only an advantage for the hybrids. Moss and Tree in an Earth habitat, Swamp and Seaweed in a Water habitat, Flower and Poison in a Fire habitat, Willow in an Air habitat and Reindeer in a Cold (if you're lucky enough to have one) will all help earn more coin when upgraded.

A while ago someone posted a good combo for a second panlong, involving a panlong. Can anyone remember the combo?

Only 16 hrs left for my first panlong breeding!!

That's what we're here for - to help each other. Check out a post I made this morning about fine tuning it. I use the combination of Rainbows and Panlongs to maximize the amount of coins I ca actually capture. The Panlongs are the hares and the Rainbows are the tortoises.

I know what you mean. I just went crazy continually collecting cash until I had enough to buy it and now I'm not using it! Quite sure I will, just didn't need to rush the purchase. What can I say, it was new so I had to have it

I was wondering about naming dragons. I think it's a bit of a shame we can't see the names when we visit a friends Island. I named all my dragons after players (and previous players) of the Brisbane Roar Football club. (This makes it a bit strange when I put two players into the breeding cave, lol.) No. 2 daughter is naming hers after elements from the periodic table. My wife has just left the default names.

What has everyone else used when naming their dragons?

Yeah right !!! That friend I mentioned had one in his bedroom that he said was bigger than his hand now I scream when I see a uk spider and the biggest we have got is probably no bigger the palm of a 3 yr old even when it's fully stretched out lmao and even they are not seen much mostly little ones though we do have a really ugly one that terrifies me because it's the only British spider that can pierce human skin it's called a woodlouse spider it's red mostly but it's larger section is like a yellow/ cream pus colour ugggggh I'm shivering even thinking about it lol only ever seen 3 of those though up to now! Had lots in the house lately tho as its been raining alot they seem to come in when its wet outside lol x

Sound good but bird says that the pan longs make more coin per min than a rainbow so maybe they would be better if you have 2 that is I know you got one how are you doing on the second x

That creeps me out - I'm deathly afraid of spiders. Fortunately, my wife, who grew up in a harsh desert with lots of creepy critters, doesn't mind them at all, so she takes care of them. Even more fortunately, we live at 4,000' in Oregon and the winters are too tough for most of the creepy stuff.
