Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

I could not imagine the cost of hatching all those Pans. You look like you are ready for war. You have a herd of Pans ready to fight. Big hug and good luck Poppy

I think I've spent about $125 over the last three days getting things set up. I'm a stock trader and I'm staying away from it until I'm completely off pain killers and this is a great way to keep my head working. You need to think straight trading stocks as mistakes can be costly. The numbers here are small. And this is A LOT more fun! :)

Poppy! That is insane!

I am wondering if you would be better served breeding Panlongs to knock off 4 shrines at once? You would save an absolute ton on food. Using your daily Gem budget to hatch them?

Yes, I'm definitely going to Panlongs next. The four elements is huge (I figure that's why BFS gave it to us that way). Once I get done with Snows (only 8 hours - good for overnight), that fills the Cold & Air quotas. Then the Panlongs will get everything else except the Plants (i dunno - i may never do Plants). Nice thing about Panlongs is that they gather good coin while you build their levels. And I think I will do one special level 20 and it will be the king of the park.

Lol I don't have that luxury anymore. I'm hiding it under the covers! Hahaha. I just have the excuse of charging it at my night stand. I sure hope hubby doesn't get on here and read these one day! :D It's always left on a open tab on my iPad. Hehe

Lol yeah hope not x x x

I was a stockbroker and analyst for 15 years in my first life, before I got into the Internet in 1995. Launched and sold five Internet companies and went back to trading my own account. That really is kind of fun too - you don't need to predict the future, just know yourself honestly from an emotional point of view.

Unfortunately, the time of day means absolutely nothing when breeding dragons. Game time is GMT. Every time zone is different. 12am GMT is 7 pm where I live (EST Pennsylvania). So 12am for you might be 4pm for someone else. It would be irresponsible for BFS to release a dragon that was time dependent to breed. I mean if I had to breed a dragon at 3:27 am you know I would cause I'm addicted, but BFS would never make it so I HAD to.

Thank you shave, that's what I've been trying to say for a while, that time doesn't matter, because it differ for us. But, my English is quite crapy nowadays.. I actually lived in the states, in Pennsylvania. In half a year and Baltimore for half a year, working as a nanny. But that was in the late 90..

Well, no panlong for me yet, I want it, and it will come when it comes. Do you think we will have an update soon, and what would that be then? An extra loveable and extra breeding-friendly dragon for valentine? Or more decorations?

So at the end of last year my wife tells me about DragonVale. I ask how you win. She tells me it's not that sort of game and explains it to me. I tell her I don't really have time for it. She tells me just to download the app and ship her a gem every day ... I wouldn't even have to play. 24 hours later I'm hopelessly addicted.

We all made a rule that we had to earn everything in the game rather than spend money to get things the easy way, but we made an exception to buy enough gems for the Breeding Island, because we really enjoyed the game and figured we should give something back to the company.

Just posting here to say hello and introduce myself. My Dragonvale experience is summed up in my signature. Started keeping track of my breeding combinations from Jan 16th. 92 so far.

I have seen some posts about great island layouts. Would love to check some out. And would appreciate any feedback on my layout.

Thanks for all the informative posts. I have not read the entire thread, but will try and keep up with new posts from this point on.

Cheers
