Still no panlong, I have taken a break from dubble-breeding after panlong, and breed blue fire instead to earn some money.. Gtgirl, could you take some pics again? I have changed some... Please? (need an iPad, need a panlong, need a life)

Well, soon home, boardmeeting tonight for the kids kindergarden, tired of numbers..

Gosh, I logged into DV, collected the pennies (since I just did so 5+ mins ago), realized I can't do anything as treat farms are growing food and breeding caves are full, and started to sulk.

After the last breeding frenzy, I think I'm suffering from DV Withdrawal Symptoms

After much annoying egg tries I finally got the new rares as I hadda share a few pages ago and then while I was playing with hubby's iPhone (which I only half heartedly use any more) I got a 48 hr egg time using a crystal and blue which I assumed was a sun or moon which I need there. Poof came a rainbow! first on that account. It's nice to get a lucky streak once in a while.
And btw, you guys are getting hard to keep up with. I like the little dv family spirit that I find here. You guys are a fun bunch. Best of breeding luck.

Woohoo, yesterday my blazing and mud dragons finally got their thing going and started making a Panlong dragon ^^
I'll get the egg tonight, and the dragon on Saturday then Huzzah, now to get another one so I can start breeding those together. I recon I only need 40 of them to level my 4 shrines

Well the Panlong efforts that turned into 48hour breeds turned out to both be TWO MORE RAINBOWS!! I now have five and will have to sell two. Still no Sun, Moon, Panlong or Iceberg.....

Combo's (which apart from the first one which was deliberately for a Rainbow, have been attempts for Suns, Moons and Panlongs) have been:

Firefly x Seaweed
Blazing x Crystal
Scorch x Snow
Lava x Fog
Blazing x Mud

Wow, you know that's something like cursed luck To be able to make so many of those rare rainbows, yet not wanting them in the first place...

I bred my sun and moon with storm x firefly. They all gave short breeding times, apart from the blue fire dragon. Of course, now that there's a frostfire one too this combo might not be all that super anymore, but at least it worked for me (and no doubles )

This game does really help me to get creative and make some polymer clay dragons. I think I'm gonna try and reproduce the Panlong in clay this weekend. For those who are interested, here's a couple of my dragons (I haven't been doing this for long so I'm still pretty basic)

I'm seeing so many people who have not gotten the new panlong dragon and I feel for all thoughs who are still trying to get it. To help thoughs still looking for, a good combination you can try a lvl 4 mud and a lvl 10 blazing.i really hope this helps thoughs who are desperately looking for it. Good luck

I have tried and tried that combo and unfortuneately still do not have one. Am starting to give up. Thank God for this great group of friends cause I would have quit otherwise. Here goes .... try number ...I've lost count.

Don't give up, it's a pretty rare dragon after all. The game tells us it's almost as rare as the rainbow dragon, but we have a whole year to get it so don't be disheartened!

Again I got and others gave you gems while I was out for a couple hours. These are the ones that were listed, and the 2 I received afterwards. If you sent me a gem in the last say 4 hrs and are not listed here please let me know. ( 1:30-5:30 PM EST ). Evans&storm, I love ipods 4689327, Thorin Oakenshield the 1, chrismylifeaway, donofavalon and waglia. I am missing 1 gem sender.

Don't worry about that for me GT500Girl, I only have a couple of neighbours (5 to be precise) so I just gift when I can. I don't expect any gems returned. I don't have anything to save for anyway. I'm just happy to be able to watch other's islands evolve

Have you tried lava and fog yet? Maybe try using one of the new Lava dragons you have bred, that is the combo I just used to get my third panlong, sorry I don, t mean to rub it in

I am soooo jealous. Thanks for the tip. I can give Blaze and mud a break. LOL. They've been trying for days. with no luck but lots of Lavas

I don't think so. They don't seem to have any time frame attached to them so I'd say they're here to stay.
When the dragons are limited, they usually say so in the description. E.g. they appear around halloween, they appear in the winter season, etc.
These new ones don't have anything of the sort, so take your time to get one when you want it
