Dragonvale Tips & Tricks! (NO Friend Requests!)

Oh, I just thought of one tactic I haven't tried yet - begging. Thanks to those of you who sent me gems, I have tried to repay them. It makes a HUGE difference to have even a few gems to work with. I won 5 in the Colesseum this morning that allowed me to a bit.

So.... If you happen to have a spare gem. . My ID is birdmaestro. I'll pay you back eventually as I have control over my six year old's game which gives 12 a day to distribute.

I'm starting to be a believer in the sun/day and moon/night theory myself. The evidence mounts.

I got my first moon breeding at 800pm on the night of our first full moon for 2012 and got my second breeding at 730 pm, so it worked for me

Has anyone received received the "...and others" message recently?

I'm asking because I just opened up DragonVale and got notification that 4 friends had given me gems. I clicked ok another message popped up immediately with another gift notification.

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing good and getting the breeds they want. Two questions... Do the shrines count for dragons you had before you bought them and I have six trophies but have not beat that challenge yet.

The dragons were put into the cave around 11 AM PST for the sun. After the sun egg was in the hatchery , the same dragons were put into the cave around 9 PM PST with the result of a moon. Surprisingly it was my first time for both. . . .but it took me multiple tries for the blue and I still have not been successful with the sandstorm.

Awwww I just got a 48 HR from blazing + mud trying for panlong so ive lost a cave to try in but it 11.50 pm uk time now so hoping for a rainbow (as someone else did earlier) or a moon because it's night ( if there is anything to this time thing) if it's another sun I'll scream ! so far this is my second nighttime 48 HR breed so hopefully it's my second moon fingers and toes crossed haha x

Nope unfortunately it was a Halloween special I missed out on that one too as I didn't start until September
