Wow this thread moves fast!

So a plus side of not getting the dragons I need (Rainbow and Bluefire) is that all these "trash" ones I can level up and sell, slowly working my way to the 50 dragons I need.

Trying to see the light at the end of this long, long tunnel. Hoping its a rainbow light

That's what happened with me as well, I managed to complete most of my shrines just trying for the rares. The only ones I specifically bred dragons for, were the air and water shrines.

Isn't that always the case I wasted a lot gems rushing a 48 hour breed time trying to get the rainbow!

Well finally got my fourth island waiting for it to clear now, think I'm gonna keep some of the green trees tho the ones on the edges they are quite nice and they r free lol !!! had to save hard for that don't know how I'm ever going to get 50 mil it will take 2 weeks to save that much I think an we are on nearly 24 hours a day as my 10 yr old plays all day and I play all night whilst I'm up with my 20 month old ( he's a terrible sleeper yaaawwwn) we are both quite addicted think I want an iPhone for my birthday lol x

Plus VDL04 can I ask please how you managed to put an egg statue on top of a portal I tried but it won't let me looks really cool ? X

I'm in the same boat Cox780770! 50 million for an island seems crazy! I think I have like 2 million right now, but I'm only level 21 so I have some shrines to buy and boosts and all that.

Nothing like small children to keep you up playing Dragonvale

Thanks cox i wish i had an ipad! Still redecorating the other islands, but trying to keep em tidy as i go. Just really want the 6th island now! Oh well. Patience is a virtue

It was a glitch in an update ages ago. All my portals originally looked like that, but i was doing a shuffle after an earlier update and the glitch had been removed i didnt realise until after id moved the other portals. Thats why i only have the one like that

I've actually spent the last two days, and will continue for another week, back to back breeding air dragons (both caves) so I can make a million every 2 hours. Had $180mil before the Christmas update so feel really broke now!

Wow! That is a really good idea that I never thought of! I'm guessing you're not feeding them, and just selling the babies?

Congrats! He is my most favourite dragon as a baby so I've kept one. Also love the blue fire and reindeer babies. My $50mil island is going to be baby Dragonvale
