Today is Mothers Day here in Australia, so to the lovely Marie and all Aussie mums playing dragonvale - happy Mother's Day - I'm about to get breakfast in bed....o, and a Mother's Day dragon would have been nice, but then again I guess bouquet was it.

Happy Mothers' Day to all who are celebrating it today. In the UK we celebrate Mothers Day, or Mothering Sunday as it should be called, on the 4th Sunday of Lent, which is 3 weeks before Easter. This means it usually falls in the second half of March or the beginning of April. It was a time when people returned to their mother church where they were baptised or where they grew up. More than 500 years ago it then became a time to celebrate mothers. Servants who worked in the big houses would be given the day off to go and visit their mothers and take gifts.
I hope you all see your families today.

I am so sorry that you are still having problems with your friends list. Fortunately we can still see you. You are my friend on my second account gfn54321 and I will continue to send you gems. Thank you for letting your friends know that you are still playing and hopefully it will all sort itself out. A few months ago I had problems accessing the game at all. I had to delete the app many times and reinstall the game. Fortunately as you need Internet access to play, your game is saved and is not lost when you install it again. I don't know whether you have tried this. Also try entering the game through Game Center. Good luck

Hi, Jonew!

I just did that yesterday. I was worried to delete the apps, so I kept signing on and off to fix the problem.
Since it did not work, i reinstalled the game. Thankfully, it worked!
I will try to catch up with the gems swapping (too bad, we can only send to one person every 24 hours - they should change this rule!) and thank you so much for putting up with me during this time of trouble

I have my first gold shrine - fire. I decided in the end not to spend gems on the upgrade. Later today I will feed up my lava dragon in the hope of increasing my chances of getting a solar eclipse.

Awesome work, and love it that you now have your gold Olympus and solar eclipse. Isn't that just the best feeling!

You have done really well completing all your goals. I decided right from the start that I wouldn't complete them, as along the way I would breed many of them in an attempt to breed something else...if that makes sense? Already that's true for me. I check the list before I sell off an egg or hatch it first.
