Marc is right. One of the first pieces of advice I got on the forum was to always breed 2 of every dragon, especially the limited, so you can breed more whenever you need one. Once the Fountain of Youth was released, I made 1 of each dragon a "baby". Now that we have the Hybernation Cave you can stash any dragons you don't have room for and bring them back out to play when you are trying for something specific by double breeding in both the EBI and the cave.

I actually just got the ash. The wifi at my apartment was down for the last week, and I didn't want to deal with the half hour fails. I was trying for silver. Now my wifi is back up and I got y ash on the first try.

Thanks for mentioning new decoration. I went straight for Bone dragon. Both possible outcomes of Bone are 10 hours

Earth + Fire = Lava or Bone
8 hrs updated cave or island
10 hrs cave or island

Omg!so busy this week! Had to skip to last page! No way could I catch up! Then I see a bone was out!! What?! When did it get released?! Oh my! I see their are two combos on sandbox. Which is working best?

I'm kinda surprised that many are buying the bone dragon so early into the breeding. I was going to buy it as a last resort on the 4th, but I got my first on my first try. Hopefully my second will follow shortly.

I was so anxious to breed bone when I thought I was finding out about it really late! Then I read u saying it was 25 gems. I would have rushed what I had in cave/island, costing me 16 gems. I just spent the 25! And I have since bred a 2nd! That's my story and I'm stickin to it!

Anyone else having trouble getting the opal? I've tried since it came out and still only lavas and muds. Is there any other breeding combo?

No, as always there is just one combo for the gemstone-dragon. Just keep on trying and you will get one!

It is fairly common for a few dedicated player to be unsuccessful breeding limited dragons for a while. With the gemstone dragons some players don't get them till the last day. But don't worry, they do get them. Have patience

I shot to admit, there is a certain hint of excitement not knowing exactly what you're getting from two dragons.

I have a Rainbow & Panlong in my hatchery which has only 3 slots for incubating eggs. So I put in Bone combos in both my Cave and EBI only to get both 10hour timers. First that I choose to find out what t was took up my last hatchery spot, and it was lava. so I had to wait 10 hours to find out what the other 10 hour dragon was.

10 hours later I hatched the lava pet it on its head then ushered it out of the way to find out what was in my EBI for the past 20hrs. Annnnnn YAY it was bone!! Now to get a display bone egg!

Also, I now have 3 of the 4 Panlogs I need to begin my shrine grind army. Running out of habitats space though. Wish I could buy an island that was element specific with no dragon limit?

Yes for every gem dragon there is only one combo lava n mud just keep trying

Yay!!! I went threw the same with ash lol every time I got 6hrs I was ash n no it wasn't until today that I realized I had ash in the nursery

What combo are you using for Ash? Lightning+Plant= Ash, the only fail is 30mins
