I think either earth and fire as a new fail for opal, or fire and air.

I also go for earth and fire combo. If that so, we'll have additional 2 fail for Opal when Bone Dragon comes out, and maybe it will be harder to get Bone.

Congratulations to all who ave gotten the Opal and hang in there to those still trying! I love having new dragons available. Stupid question alert---- any chance that the Ash dragon would be fire and paper? I can't wait for the Bone dragon! Cheers!

If it's a regular dragon it only requires 2 basic elements. But yes you can still use hybrid or limited dragons as long as the element needed is there. We still don't know the breed type of Ash Dragon, but as soon it is release we can see it.

Hahaha well it would seem I went from the 8hr fail plague of the Sapphire to the 10hr fail plague of the Opal! Haha

I just got my Opal on my second try in the regular breeding cave!! I never have gotten a gemstone dragon so quickly! I can't wait to see his cuteness when he hatches.

Last year the Bone Dragon was introduced to the market around October 19, 2011 and removed on November 1, 2011. My guess would be we could probably be able to breed the Bone Dragon again this year at around the same time.

The Opal Dragon is the gem dragon for the month of October so we probably could breed it till the end of the month. The combination posted in the previous threads are Mud and Lava.
