Last night, I had given up. I had been flying across country all day, followed by meetings. So I didn't get to DV until about 11pm on Thursday 27 Sep in Australia. I thought probably no point, but will do one last try, and my equinox came through...

Did the DV happy dance then!

How do you make a water dragon with out buying plz help i heard its cold and lightning but i done that in both combinations and it still make storm dragon

It is very unlikely you will breed a water dragon and you would need a water-type dragon to begin with. It would be better to just buy it. Lightning cold will not produce water. It will produce storms with a chance of moon or sun dragons
