I now have an enchanted breeding cave. Yay. I used my 175 gems this morning and did my upgrade. With 12 gems left it will prove to be a great investment. Good to go and ready for peridot.

I wonder if the winner combo will also produce an Olympus dragon - just a thought as some are struggling to get what they need and the time frame for these maybe shortened due to Olympics - although backflip have not stated that!

I like Lava & Cactus for Peridot also, but since that has been guessed already, I'll go with Lava & Swamp just to be different

On a good note, I bred all three Olympus dragons already and I am currently waiting on my gold and bronze to hatch. I left my breeding cave/island empty for the first time since I started playing at the beginning of June. Can't wait for this new gemstone dragon.

Edit: on second thought I will guess Lava & Willow.

And also while waiting for Peridot to arrive, you can breed iron, it's just 4hrs and can sell the egg for 1,150,000 dc and lots of xp.

I've been doing the iron breeding thing on my phone game.........yes, I'm playing two games at once.. My main one on my ipad and a second one on my phone. What can I say, I'm addicted.

Here's to support my guess:

LAVA= i chose lava than the iron because it comes from lava, and it has wings.

CACTUS= i chose cactus than the seaweed because the lightning and plant makes it yellow green color and it is fat and have wings same as cactus.

Idk. I just don't expect to get them then I accidentally breed them I guess. Lol. This happend with all three of my sun dragons and my
Malachite dragon. I guess I have a magic finger. ._.

Sun dragons: Lightning + Cold (got two in a row). Then sonic + blue fire.
Malachite dragon: Tree + Iron.
Sandstorm dragon: Air and quake (got two in a row again).

Who knows what I'll get next?

I think you mean Tree+Metal for Malachite not Iron.

Forgot to mention, the sure combo for Iron so that you will never get Scoria is:

Iron+Earth
Iron+Metal
