hi im new here but im playing dragonvale. can anyone tell me the best way to breed RUBY dragon? thanks... =D

Welcome you came to the right place!! It's a bit crazy around here bc 3 new dragons came out n in 4 days the next gem dragon comes out!! So everyone is under a lot of pressure but am sure you will still get all the help u need again welcome to DV forum

I find it very strange. I was very sure that I had a 7 hr breed in my EBI using my chrome/scorch. When I transfer to the hatchery, it gave me a Ruby...
This has never happen before.

Oh ya, about my previously mentioned 48hr..I hope it was a Gold. But it is a zrainbow... anyway, it's alright, I am slowly closing some of my Panlongs and have some rare dragons for longer cash building time as I cannot commit myself to click on cash every hour.

And .. Today my neighbour's kid opened my dragonvale and started to speed up some breedings causing my gems to decrease.. Sigh..what a day!!! I m hiding my games in the folder now.

My son did that once lol rainbow is great ruby is even better congrats!!!

You can't get storm from scorch/chrome. That is the only combo for the current gem dragon, the ruby.

In other news I got bored so I "decorated" my free island that was added in the last patch. For whatever reason doing this skyrocketed my visitors to 169 an they are mostly swarming around my treasure habitate.




Tried to have it say Dragon Vale with both words sharing the large A. I'm happy with it.

Omg I am out for a day and all of this happens!!!! Not one new one but 3!!!!!!! Ok well I fast read all post I tired sonic n lava got 35 hrs tired blazing n crystal got 48 hrs what can they be?? Any new one???

I dunno how, but my first attempt at an Olympus with Air+Quake and I got a 35hr breed time! Woot!

Hi guys, I've been away from the game for a day, what was I thinking... gosh! Three new dragons and a whole new habitat. Wonderful! I just bought the habitat which I really like btw and based on your tips and tricks decided to start breeding for the new dragons. It worked out ok, I got two out of three already, a bronse and silver.

So exciting!

Oh that's so cruel, why hitting rabbit with stone? i always hear hitting 2birds with 1stone. 
it's really hard to get all 3 Olympus Dragon with all the same combo, i wish they made it different for each one, and it's a limited dragon, i think will only stay until mid-august, when olympic is finished. Then 4days to go we will going to breed another extra hard to get gemstone dragon. that is getting so pressure. 

How many dragons does Olympus habitat hold and what is the cap? Thx!

That's what I'm doing too! I have a 35 hour in epic. So we have a few days to decide which habitat to sell. Fire? Air? Those are my choices. I have for fire and only two air. I'm leaning towards eliminating fire right now

Thanks to mighty kryp2n8! Just got my 3rd Olympian using Dodo + Sonic in the regular breeding cave (not upgraded). Now if the Wizard would just see fit to bestow the Gold one. Happy Breeding!

It's 35 gems speed it up but its 1:10:59:54 hours until they hatch

1:10:59:54 is actually 35hrs less 6secs. but it's really 1:11:00:00, the 6secs is the time consumed before you tap
