Thanks neaps and skaterboy. Different answers but I'll keep trying. I've Got a storm in there now and the arena says air on outside this time. I don't have air an don't know how to get one either. If anybody knows please post.

What combo did you use. I used seaweed firefly weeks ago to get my rainbow and haven't been able to breed one again. Congrats on yours though

Got another sun on the four try I used quake on  and storm on . Breed on!!!

Bred poison and storm on a whim and got a sun. I am super excited! I will grow very old though trying to get the shrines to 50.

I bought mine with the gems I had but the ones I've heard for a combo was
*Cold + Seaweed
*Cold + Willow
*Storm + Seaweed

Thank you, to everyone who sent me a gem. my island is building as we speak. Hopefully I will get some of those pesky rare dragons now.

Yay!!! After weeks of trying combinations over and over, I've finally got the Sandstorm Egg incubating!!
Used L10 Air (R) and L10 Mountain (L).
Oh and this is my 3rd rare all from the original breeding cave.
My breeding island seems to like giving me crystals or storms.

Something is weird with my friends list. I wanted to give a gem to someone but his name is greyed out now for two days so I can't gift him. makes no sense. I can gift aNother friend though. I tried quitting and restarting.

Anyway still trying for a sun and a second rainbow.
