Breeding my 3rd Emerald, using Lichen (left) and Crystal (right). Switched it up after the other way around was not working. Just got one for my son as well (he's 4, and loves this game). So I have now bred 4 Emeralds with this combo. It is possible, so to everyone out there, just keep trying!

It seems when you are just about to give up when you finally get the dragon.

Many there is an underlying moral here.... Give up all hope and then try then u may succeed.....

Is it still possible to breed another Emerald?

Yes but you can't breed a emerald+another dragon and you can't do emerald+emerald

What do you get if u breed emerald with other dragons?

Hey Frenzzz, trying for the Emerald, i got my breed times as follows:
With Lichen x Crystal
1st try, 48Hr Sun
2nd try, 24Hr Crystal
3rd try, 24Hr Crystal
4th try, 24Hr Crystal
5th try, 24Hr Crystal
With Crystal x Lichen
1st try, 5Hr ?? cooking
Should i change the order or stick with Lichen first and Crystal second?? Throw some light friends, frustating to get 4 crystals continuosly..

Try crystal and lichen. I got it on my fourth try. Good luck.

Emeralds cant be bred with other dragons... Or other emeralds

I'm sooo tired of being without an Emerald
I seem to have gotten endless Mountains, Crystals, Trees and 2 moons...
It's a sad state to be in when you store up Suns and Moons in your hibernation cave.

I know it's just a waiting game but it feels eternal with such long fails.

I opened dragonvale and a message came up that said dragons like the pearl and emerald give gems instead of cash or something like that so
Does anybody know how to get a pearl dragon yet?

Usualy I had 2 pairs of the most common, and named the first pair A pair and 2nd pair B pair, just change the name to Asumthing and Bsumthing, then try AA BB AB BA etc, and u can make 3 pairs if you like.
