I'm so frustrated! 2 more storm dragons this morning! This is making me crazy! I'm trying only plant/storm combo. I don't have a lichen yet (can't breed that either!). Only other option is cactus/storm, so maybe I'll try that. I can't believe that I can't get a sun, moon, or bloom out of any of my attempts! Thankfully, my kids are good sports (thus far) and realize that part of the fun is the anticipation, lol.

You will get them. I know it's frustrating, trust me. I am usually in your position..they will come. Patience and persistance is key. :thumbs:

What time day did you put them in? 7am to 7pm should give you sun. 7pm to 7am should be moon if Backflip didn't change things...

Not sure, but very frustrating. Where were they when I first started playing and really needed them. Crazy little devils Nearly 200 gems poorer now but at least I now have two Blooms and can stop the speeding up sillyness.

After a bit of testing, the initial data shows you need Storm + Plant/Plant Hybrid to breed a Bloom. For some reason Storm + Lichen in the EBI has a very high success rate. GL all.

Also, Level 30. Yay.

Congrats on lvl 30!!!! Hooray!!! I'll have to try storm + lichen as I still cannot get my second bloom. Do you know if it is in that order? Or reverse? Does lvl of dragons matter?

No, I may have just gotten a bad support person. He was pushy, which turned me off. Seriously, 3 months makes me think are there problems awaiting in the near future. He compared the warranty to a car, yes , but I got a five year warranty with free oil changes, free flat beds tows and free rental if the car was in repair more than a few hours. I just think it is poor business. I hope this experience is a fluke. But thanks, I will ask next time for a store appt.

I think I'd get onto apple. They won't want the bad publicity and when you mention it's appeared on the forum ........ They might just decide they've made an error. Anyway what about sale of goods and fit for purpose?
Just a thought. Did you buy with credit card cos mine and lots of others offer warranty on electric goods over £100 in uk. Am sure you paid a little more than that.

Good morning all my fellow DV friends...(afternoon & evening, depending on your location)

I have been away from the forum for a few days, I did not try to breed bloom until I read some tips and seen what was successful.

Now I want to share my BLOOM experience, with all of you. Of course, I had to try out the plant/storm. Only problem, I didn't have a plant available, so I hatched one, raised her to level 12. When I was choosing her mate, I realized I had a virgin storm, level 10, thus breeding both virgins...plant 12/storm 10, in the EBI. I was successful on the FIRST TRY.

With this in mind, does anyone think virgins make a difference when breeding?

No comment could be a leading question. I'm still using original dragons of all breeds. Finally got my bloom going after about six tries. Yippee
