Downloading pictures

How do I download pictures from my hp computer to the ipad. I thought I did it through Itunes but I don't have a photos folder.

You don't need a "photos" folder on your computer. Once you plug your iPad into your computer and start iTunes, select your iPad then select the Photos tab. Once there, just click on the Sync photos from box and you can select the Choose folder... option and then navigate your way to the folder where your photos are stored! Also, make sure to select the Selected folders option and you should be good to go!
