Downloading apps

I'm living in Spain and althoughmI have previously downloaded apps, I now receive a message telling memI don't have an account with the uk store and must use Spanish store. I seem to be unable to register with spanish store. Help!

Hi, welcome to iPF!

Perhaps in the process of looking through apps, you were directed to the UK App Store. To change back, do the following:
Go to App Store - Featured, scroll down to your Apple ID. Tap it and sign out. Then sign in again with your existing Apple ID. This way you will be redirected to your store.
