Downloaded photo's won't delete

I downloaded photo's from a PC to my ipad2,now I can select them but the garbage
won't delete them,
Just add to or send off,no trash can.
The other older photo's still delete.

Photos synced through iTunes must be removed using iTunes. Remove the unwanted pictures from the folder you selected in iTunes on the computer, and re-sync.

You are syncing these folders, not one-time copying them to the iPad.

If you just want to copy photos to the iPad from the computer without leaving the folders linked, there are other methods. Better methods.

I have opened iTunes on the P.C.and deleted the "my pictures" folder
from the "sync photos".message pop up, iTunes will no longer sync your
photos to "Ronalds iPad"and clicked Remove photos previously synced
The garbage can is still not active, synced or not synced on the iPad

I ran it down one more time and got the photos off,
Thanks for all your help,I would never have done it without you.
