iPad 2 doesn't appear to have slowed down appreciably, if at all. iPhone 4 on the other hand is hideously slow. There's a lag of several seconds (up to half a minute) when switching between apps.
I have an Ipad 2 updated to ios 7, and I really like it. After two weeks of using it, the only problem I ran into is that some, not all, attachments to an email will not download.
