Not sure what kind of case your looking for but I recently got the switcheasy canvas and really like it.Switcheasy | iPhone Cases | iPod Nano Cases | iPod Cases
You know, Ill tell you exactly what I want. I LOVED the case/cover that the Ipad 1 had from Apple with the apple logo on the front. I loved how it hinged along the left side and folded over to cover. I hate how this Targus seperates behind the ipad, it never feels secure in my hands.

Oh ok. What works for one doesn't for others. Since this case has the polycarbonate shell that the device sits in it feels secure to me. But that's just my opinion. Hopefully some one else here can help you.

I have the Targus VuScape and it works exactly that way. I took 30 days to evaluate and I think the case is superb. I like the stand action as it is so quick and EZ to setup. It is more stable in my lap than the Smart Cover. The only thing with ours was it didn't come with the magnet for EZ on/off. I added one and now it works slick.
Wow, hate it ... different strokes for different folks. Hope you work it out.

I actually have it for my iPad 1 and was using it for a while just fine. The only reason I switched was because I wanted a thinner profile and now I use a neophrene case for carrying it only, and have a snap on back protector (Dexim) that preserves the original shape. I also have an Invisible Shield on the front. Hence it is protected out of the case while in use but keeps the slim profile which I like. So while I have no major issue with the Truss, I actually don't use it anymore. If it was large enough to still hold it, I'd use it as a stand, but nope.
very nice, I may buy it too. I just bought the Marware, we will see how it does.
