i have ipad 2 3g wifi.the prob start after i remove the activator.when i hit the cydia or setting button.its restart.why...please help me

So why did you uninstall activator? Many tweaks require activator and uninstalling it may have caused instability.

I didn't know this either ~ I was looking around in there yesterday wondering what it is used for! It just comes with your JB, right?

Had to have ~ as I didn't install it....

No, it comes with a lot of packages (I didn't install my version either ... Didn't even know I had it at first!).

OP - try putting Activator back on your iPad. As Graywolf mentioned, a lot of tweaks use Activator or reference it in some way. Re-installing it may help.
