differant apps available in different countries?

For example, can you get every app in Australia in the us or uk apps in the us, as I have a us spec ipad, and live in the uk

Its not your model of ipad that restricts you, the hardware is the same worldwide (the only difference is the verizon ipad that uses CDMA instead of GSM). It's what account you use for the store. If you have a UK account then you won't be able to get apps only available in the US store for example.

However lots of people create secondary accounts to access apps they can't from their primary account.
