Deleting email contacts from the Contacts Icon List?

Hi all,

My Wife's IPAD is Version, 26.6, Model A16.
When she tries to delete an email contact in "Contacts" after doing "Edit" and going to the bottom to "Delete" she gets....."Password incorrect.....CAR DAV account Yahoo."
It wants some sort of password and we have no idea what it wants so she's just been leaving bad email contact there.

Sounds like she is syncing her contacts with a Yahoo! account, in which case it probably want's that account's password.

It is possible to sync your iPad with multiple Contacts, Calendar, and Mail accounts. Go to Settings > Apps > Calendar and see what accounts/services you have set up and enabled. With the exception of iCloud, you can turn on/off individual services on each account.

To keep the confusion down I only sync Contacts from my iCloud account. Only Mail is turned on in my GMail account. Same back when I still had my Yahoo! account.
