Deactivate Computers

I bought my IPP 12.9 maybe a month ago and when i set it up on iTunes on my laptop i noticed that since i was not renaming it i was using authorization 5 of 5. Apparently I haven’t deactivated PCs and laptops when I wipe them and upgrade so how can I reset this as my laptop is the only device where my library is and will be?
