Cydia problem

Hey,guys ,I just jailbroked my iPad 3 GSPA and everything worked fine since today.When I try to open cydia it appears small and i cant touch or do something or it.I dont have Mobile Substrate on it....
Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

It appears as if you have loaded something on it that is not compatible with your iPad or iOS (or both). Did you install something just before this happened (and, if yes, what was it)? Have you tried to respring the device to see if it gets back to normal?

If the respring won't let you go back to the normal view so you can go to Cydia and install Mobile Substrate Safe Mode and uninstall the misbehaving tweak - then i'm afraid you will have to restore to a "fresh" iOS 6.1 and re-jail break.
