Cover Flow in Webpage are without funktion on IPad

Dear all.

At first sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand my question.

I will use the java script cover flow
on an website. But the result of test are bad. The cover flow comes but are not usable as on mac with safari.

Could you help me please. I have no idea what can i do.
