Correct percentage to charge newest ipad?

What is the correct percentage to charge newest ipad? Do you need to let the iPad go to 0% or can you charge anytime without losing battery memory?

You can charge your battery whenever you want as memory effect is not an issue in the modern batteries that are used by an iPad. Apple themselves recommend discharging your battery once a month but only for calibration purposes and not because of performance issues. These links should provide more information.....
