Can't get submit button to work on any website.

I'm trying to log on to several websites that I frequent using Safari. The submit button doesn't respond on any of them. I have no problem with Google Chrome. I thought it was my stylus, not so. What's going on?

Hi, welcome to iPF!

I hope this will help:
Go to Settings - Safari.
Turn off Private Browsing, set Accept Cookies to "Always", and choose Java Script "On".
