Can't get apps to download.

Hi there, I have upgraded my IPad 3 to the new operating system and the two new apps I have uploaded are not downloading into my iPad. They seem to be stuck in waiting mode and I can't delete them to try again as they are not in my iPad software. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks, Cath

Hi Cath, have you tried rebooting the iPad by holding down the power button and home button down together until you see the Apple logo? If you had already done this then I suggest try downloading the apps on iTunes and then syncing it to your iPad.
