Cant back up

Why can't I back up on my pc ? Have deleted my iCloud account off my phone and every thing

hi maybe to late, but if you set your basic computer to home sharing group and using wi fi, with all of your other devices, you can switch between them. you should be able to back up from any of the devices. Freddie
