Is there any way of removing email address history? It seems to remember the last email address I used for someone but that may not be the address I always want when someone has multiple emails. I haven't found any option to remove it but perhaps I've overlooked it. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, on the iPad, there is no way of clearing the 'recently used email address' list. On the Mac, which has the same functionality in its Mail program, there is a way to do this, but not on the iPad. The only 'comfort' that I can give you is that the list is of a 'finite' length and these recently used email addresses eventually 'drop off the end of the list'.

Thanks Tim. That's what I thought but wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something. Appreciate the help!
