Is there anyway to get my google calendar to sync with my iOS calendar? I would like everything from my google calendar to show on my iOS calendar, this includes religious holidays, USA holidays and such.

There is. Hi again.

Set up your Google Mail account in Settings - Mails, Contacts, Calendars, enable Calendars. All your events should be imported to the built in Calendar app.
To make sure you can see them, go to your Calendar app, tap "Calendars" (1), then "Show all calendars" (2).


You can see from my screenshot that I use different Google calendars. They all are visible on my iPad (not on this picture). Just make sure they all have a check mark.

Within the google calendar it gives me the option to pick things that will show up automatically on my calendar. Like USA holidays, Christian holidays, Jewish holidays and others like this. They show up on my gmail calendar but not on my iOS calendar.

That has to be done through your Google account. You'll find the answer in Google Support, just search for "sync multiple calendars with iPad". You will be directed to the site, have to login with your Gmail account username and password, and you can enable the Google calendars that should be visible on your iPad there.

I had to go into my gmail calendar settings and check off all the calendars I wanted to sync with my iOS calendar. It worked perfectly.
