Blutrol Issue

I recently purchased Blutrol to be able to use a ps3 controller with iPad games, works great but having an issue. When I try to use it with Asphalt 7 the iPad registers screen taps VERY slow. Anyone else tried this? It works great on Pinball Arcade, and emulators, just won't work with Asphalt 7.

Any ideas or similar experiences?
