Yes - there's no problem but, as the previous poster suggested, the iPad has a rather limited Bluetooth connectivity 'profile' set - meaning it can only be connected to relatively few different device 'classes'.
So Bluetooth keyboards are OK - I'm typing on a non-Apple one now.
Stereo headsets are OK but not those Bluetooth earpieces that some people use with their mobile 'phones.
Bluetooth printers don't work.
If you have a jail broken iPad then other devices can be made to work too.
Do you know of any Bluetooth speakers that work? Or any that should be avoided?
I'd liked to listen to Pandora, and such, while "puttering" around the house. I'm not looking to break the bank, or blow the walls down, just background music.
PC World reviewed a whole range of iPad accessories. I've not heard of any Bluetooth speakers that don't work - but I'm sure you'll soon get member's recommendations
