Well, customer service is useless and I've had to send yet another e-mail to them. I purchased a power plant and it stated I didn't have enough area, so I bought one area and got the same message. I bought one more area because it showed a 4x4 and I thought it was worth the old college try, but nothing. I restarted and voila! I could purchase the plant, but it charged me double the cash. GI wont refund for the double charge and theyre telling me there was no bug stating I didnt have enough area. I just now got a message that even though it was a bug on their part they are offereing no compensation for the double charge of the powerplant. They're pretty rude about their messages as well, which suprises me. I am not buying city cash to have it taken out in double each time I buy something. Just watch your purchases and make sure youre not losing double when you buy something.They have officially closed my case without fixing my issue.
