I did the chat with apple in regards to an app complaint and they took my last receipt for GI and refunded it as credit back to my card and the $10 that was applied from my iTunes account went back there. I explained my issue and told them how they just closed my problem with no compensation/rectification. I gave her the last receipt number which made it easier and she didn't do a partial either. She said for the inconvenience and lack of their support she was refunding the whole amount.

It is nice to know Apple will listen to complaints and follow through. Congrats to you for not letting it go.

And I noticed the same thing with the avo dropping but of course they want you to buy the cases which for me has the avo in them but I have papayas all day long. Grrrrrr

I have noticed that when I submit a ticket to cs no matter what it is they close the ticket without any help. I have played several games and this is the worst cs there is. What is to them to refund $ when they are in the wrong. I spend $ when I get the triple star but will rethink about how much I spend now. I really enjoy the game for a number of reasons but some of the stuff with it is just plain crap.

How often does the triple star come up? I have only seen it one time and I have been playing non-stop since about September.

Just watch your purchases and make sure you’re not losing double when you buy something.They have officially closed my case without fixing my issue.

Just contact iTunes customer service and get a refund, explain what happened and be prepared to show them the GI response. I have had all of my GI issues raised this way. I have had refunds of over £100 but sadly that is only a portion of what I have spent.
 
Guys, remember I complained about disappeared rubies? Some of you suggested that the rubies were simply removed as a part of the Eiffel Tower construction cost. Now, guess what happened after I submitted a ticket. My lost rubies were indeed LOST ITEMS, according to CS. They placed them back into my inventory without questions. Simple as that.

You know, I had the same problem at first but after a while the books started popping up like there is no tomorrow. I accumulated only 890 energy so far but I already have more books than I need.

That would be great if we could exchange items outside of the "gift" items. Or even provide a market

That's great! Makes me wonder what other item we all may have lost and don't even know it. BTW population less than than 44k now

I think so! I specifically remember losing them right after completing a tower task. I blew it off because even though it wasn't in the task list I remembered something about rubies in the description of the task.
