Hi Meg, I've also think ive beensending to the wrong MegVille, and just to make it harder you are both on the same level! Hopefully I've just sent you a drill, can you confirm you've received it? The 2 city names are displayed differently - one is MegVille with 49 likes and the other is megville with 13 likes.

Looking forward to here which is the correct one :-)

At least this one really depends on the banana drops from buses that run each hour. All I can say is even with 3 terminals, the leaders must of had fantastic drops or had hundreds saved up. I ended with 77 mangos but 40 of them was saved from the day before. But I only have 1 terminal. But still the top numbers are unbelievable.

I had 100 mangos saved (serious drain on the old wh) and managed 120ish. I have 3 terminals and I hope that if I had a chance to play all day (social life got in the way of play) I would have got considerably more. But 350 was it to get in top 3? What the heck! Thats just madness

I agree. Even running buses/taxis all day that is still a lot of drops. I was sick in bed this weekend so I played all day and still didn't get a third of what the leaders got. I don't think I will invest in the extra terminals right now. Saving the credits I have for other things that may come up for sell. Where is the fun in playing a game when you need to cheat or spend a ton of $ to get the top prize?
 
LOL! I just made the contest coming in at #100 making 16 milkshakes. Thank goodness I saved 10 bananas from the day before. I am planning on stocking up on bananas and coconuts as they don't seen to drop as much as mangos.
Hope you all are doing ok as the forum has been pretty quiet the past few days.

Agree. I've noticed that the number of items required to place in the contests has increased, probably because a) increasing number of people playing and b) increasing level/resources of existing players. At the very least, GI should expand the player rankings from 250 to 1000. I've been playing for 6 months and still very far from being listed in any of the rankings.
 
Did anyone else not get the 2 daily contest? You know the ones that is a short one and the other one is 24 hrs? Mine hasn't popped up and was wondering if they stopped them.

I scored with 55 milkshakes, had 47 in the WH. Wow nice shinny new silver medals. Too bad I missed the events that needed them

I think the daily contests we get from people wondering around are about 24 hours apart so your short one will come 24 hours after your last and the long one also.

So if you didn't pick them up at the same time it'll be different for both

I usually get mine long before this. I try to figure out what I need the night before and have stuff ready for them, but didn't get any this morning.
Congrats on the contest, I just made it to the list. I am storing up the items for those contests. Bananas are the hardest for me so I will keep a supply on hand.
Wonder what they will give us for the 2 hr contests on the 24th.

BTw I got a response from GI for the misleading 25 % discount ad for land purchase. According to Natalia, that's the nature of the game

'The matter is that according to the sale conditions the discount was provided only when the land was purchased for City-Credits. That's the nature of the game. We are going to go ahead and mark your request as solved'.


Ive responded by saying that please do not be in such a hurry to close the ticket. When I get a satisfactory answer as to why I ended up paying 25% extra when the offer clearly stated coins and credits, we shall consider the matter resolved. They are misleading the players and while have right to be stingy towards these awards, making the players spend more
this way is not acceptable,'

I'm a housewife so have a lotta time to write emails and I will keep on opening the new ticket and nag them. i nagged
them for 6 weeks about my lost credits and rubies, and got them back.:)
What they can do is block me, i will def miss t for a few days but will
move on.

Btw for the last few days one player was blocked'because of complaints from other players' but today his city is accessible :))
