Best browser for ipad2

Hi I got this iPad two about four days ago until now not been able to use as been Il I was wondering is there a browser with some even small flash usage?
Also I have iPhone 4 I got it unlocked et.c I use wifi ovum but can on this as it needs the os lowering is this possible via the iPad .like the jailbreak me jailbreaks the iPhone etc. Thanks

Yes, there are several browsers out there that offer 'partial support' for Flash. They do this indirectly, by hosting the Flash content on their company's web server. This can work just about acceptably if you have a good Internet connection but, if your connection is slow, then the 'user experience' may be less than satisfactory. Try iSwifter - there's a 'lite' try-before-you-buy version, to see if it works for you. There are others too - Puffin is another one that Members seem to like.
