back up videos without iTunes

I know this question has been asked before. But all the programs I have seen that will do this cost $20 or more.

I am looking for something more reasonable.

The videos I have on my iPad are not from iTunes.

Can programs like 'good reader' just wifi copy them over to your hard drive? Someone must know.

Your question made me curious. I am sorry to say that I am not the one who can help you.

Are you trying to back up your videos to an external drive of some sort or an Apple PC or device or to a Windows PC or to a Linux PC?

I am sure that there is a way to do it in any event.

I am not sure how not using iTunes benefits you but it is your business.

I knew a guy who was a tech of sorts and he said "if you put me in a room with a computer, I will win".

I consider the iPad and iPad2 to be about 2/3 of a computer. You need a real computer to back up the iPad to get every feature and option.

But I also admire those folks who have one device and want to make it do what they need to do.
