P Pocobear iPF Noob Jan 25, 2011 #2 Make sure the plug is seated all the way on the iPad, push hard until it clicks in. The female plug on the iPad is very tight. With the apple ear pods, the plastic barrel of the plug should be flush with the top of the iPad plug.
