apple wireless keyboard questions

I just got the apple wireless keyboard for my ipad and i was wondering what all the function keys represents?

Also what does the control,option, command keys do?

Another question, is it possible to use the keyboard to navigate a screen on the ipad? IE use it like a mouse? so I don't have to touch the ipad screen to scroll up and down a webpage?

The Apple Wireless Keyboard is not intended for iOS, but for Mac OS X. So, most of the special functions will do nothing. The control, option and command keys only come in to play during text entry.

Navigation on the iPad is intended to be a tactile experience. So, you won't find very many key bindings to screen actions.
